Collage is absolutely normal to worry about, as collage is a big step in our lives. 

At not alone uk we want you to know that your feelings are completely valid and your not alone .

These feelings are completely normal to feel, feeling nervous does not mean you won’t succeed it means you care!  

Making friends and social worries 

You don’t need  to make lots of friends straight away. Start small 

Smile say hello 

Sir near people who seem friendly 

Join clubs or activities that interest you 

Remember many other students will be feeling the exact same nerves as you. 

Friendships take time -and I can tell you now that is OK 

When to go and ask for extra support 

If the worries are effecting your: 

Sleep 

Attendance 

Concentration 

Mood

Remember your not alone 

Starting collage is a new journey some days will feel easier than others and that’s completely normal you don’t have to face challenges yourself,support is always available and things can get better .
